Why do I need you?

Self help and self improvement are in abundance of information. Without coaching, self improvement is like having puzzle pieces without the picture on the box. The program gives you the full picture, and clear concise actionable steps to move forward. You are free to explore self improvement yourself, this program is just meant to give you a start and roadmap to moving forward. Additionally, accountability is built into the structure of the coaching program. Most people have great intentions, but without accountability, they aren’t able to execute. With coaching, you have a dedicated partner, ensuring you stay on track.

I'm skeptical about the effectiveness of coaching. How can I be sure it will work for me?

I appreciate your skepticism! To ensure we are the right fit, I offer a free 30 minute consultation where we can discuss your goals and expectations. I am committed to transparency and mutual understanding. My coaching program is meant to inform clients on "how" they are where they are, and providing them with the power to change from it. Everything I teach is something I have gone through and learned and I believe in it's transformational power.

What if I can't commit to the full program? Do you have a cheaper one?

Everyone has different commitments and coaching is not for everyone. If you cannot make the commitment to the full program, there is no pressure! I do offer a book, workbook and a course that is offered at a much cheaper price that covers how to heal on a more basic level.

I'm not sure if I can make this financial investment

I totally understand! Please do not force yourself to commit to anything. My coaching is meant to help my clients and not to put them in a worse situation. The pricing is based on the amount of emotional and time investment I will be spending as a coach. The investment is also into your own well being and personal evolution. The program will provide value and tools that extend far beyond the duration of the program.

What if I don't see the expected results?

Coaching isn't straightforward and is a complex relationship between the coach and the client. Individual results may vary, but I am committed to supporting you throughout the coaching journey. If you feel like you’re not progressing as expected, we’ll assess the situation and adjust accordingly.

What if I'm not comfortable with certain aspects of the coaching plan?

It is really important to me as a coach that your progress and comfort are my top priorities. As a coach I'm very open to working with you in a collaborative manner, and open to making adjustments based on feedback. However, the program is planned to make you face certain things that may be uncomfortable. You will never be forced to do anything you don't want, but we can always discuss alternatives to suit your goals.

What if I'm hesitant to invest this amount right now?

I understand that making an investment in coaching is a significant decision (I’ve been through the process before). So it's important that I let you know that you do NOT need a coach. A coach is completely OPTIONAL and up to the client's discretion. You are more than able to heal by yourself, it’s just that it may be easier (and speed up the process) if you choose to work with a coach :) If you do not feel coaching is worth the money that is completely okay.

I've tried self-help and therapy before. How is coaching different, and why should I invest in it?

Unlike self-help, coaching provides tailored guidance, accountability, and actionable strategies. While therapy often delves into fixing something already broken, coaching is about creating a roadmap for your future by examining the belief systems you have set in the first place.

What does the journey look like?

8 modules, 8 weeks, A lifetime of transformation.

Module 1 - Self Awareness

Module 1 is focused on you, understanding different ways of thinking, honest self reflection, and sources of pain. We dive into the concept of your "self-concept" post breakup, and explore the importance of "self-talk"

Module 2 - Discomfort and Change

Module 2 focuses on reframing the ideas we often have about heartbreak, and discomfort in general. It poses the question "What if we changed our relationship with discomfort?" The module focuses on taking action, Creating accountability, Facing discomfort and the idea of "balance" when it comes to healing.

Module 3 - Understanding the "Self"

In Module 3 we dive into Narratives we often have about ourselves, love and heartbreak, and how it affects our perception of the situation and life as a whole. We explore the concepts of the Inner child, Ego, and the shadow/Shadow work.

Module 4 - Belief Systems

Module 4 dives further into the belief systems we have about ourselves, love, and the ideas we often have about "soulmates" and how they can sometimes be harmful. It introduces the idea that a huge part of healing is really just letting go of judgement.

Module 5 - Letting go

Module 5 is the module that focuses on the key principle of the breakup journal, and the idea of letting go. We explore acceptance and surrender, the actual letting go technique, and explore the ideas of Forgiveness and closure. We end off the module with the idea of "commitment" and how it's often the final step we need to take to really heal and move on.

Module 6,7,8 - Focused on you

The first 5 modules will cover the main topics of healing and letting go, and the last 3 modules will be more open and specifically tailored to your healing experience/journey. Based on our work together in the first 5 weeks, we can build a specific plan tailored for you.
